Thursday, August 19, in Elm Square in Torraca starting at 20 30, will be presented the book "A HISTORY OF ISSUES FOR Torraco" commissioned by the Cultural Torraco between Culture & Flavors "to the" Centre for Cultural Promotion Cilento "presiuduto by Prof. Amedeo La Greca. The Cultural Project, created by Mr. Vaiano, wants to be a "challenge" or rather a "meeting place" to initiate new studies and research in order to contribute Torraca all'arrichimento of history of our country. Apart from a few monograph edited by Mrs. Ross Gaetani, Torraca lacks a story outlining all the steps of social, political and economic occurring in different centuries. With this publication we wanted to fill this gap in knowledge and, at the same time, provide a starting point - through the section on sources for a story Torraca with the reorganization of the documents kept at the State Archives of Salerno - to promote new Torraca studies. We wanted, in particular, provide a model of scientific research to imitate, a guide to stimulate further discussions, debates and encourage research students nearing graduation. During the evening, will take the authors of the book: Fernando La Greca, Amedeo La Greca, Antonio and Antonio Migliorino Capano, the promoters of the initiative.
